Since beginning his civil engineering career in 2017, Calum has earned a reputation for being one of the industry’s most impressive young leaders. By combining his excellent project management and technical skills, he has delivered first-class building and infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, education, recreation and aviation projects.
It was while working with Dara at Wood and Grieve (later Stantec) that Calum recognised their shared values of integrity and accountability. When he was asked to join our team in 2023, he knew it was the perfect opportunity to expand his leadership skills with a like-minded team. As an Associate, Calum expertly manages our projects from feasibility through to construction completion.
Calum derives the ultimate job satisfaction from seeing the community enjoy a space he helped bring to life. He loves working on complex civil projects that require technical ingenuity and a big-picture focus. Through experience, he has learned that a collaborative and flexible approach delivers the best possible outcome.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Chartered Engineer
Expertise: Project management, stakeholder engagement, multi-disciplinary design management and coordination, stormwater drainage design, hydrological design of urban drainage networks, civil infrastructure design and coordination, site due diligence.
Known for: Exceptional coordination of teams and projects while delivering a highly efficient and responsive service to clients.
Favourite part of the job: Getting involved from the early feasibility stage of a project and then seeing our solution in action at the end.

Outside of work you’ll find him: Perfecting his home barista skills then heading out to enjoy some footy or basketball.
