Martein is a civil engineer with the ideal combination of technical expertise, strategic vision and brilliant people skills. Australia’s top land developers trust Martein to anticipate their needs and deliver engineering solutions tailored to their project’s objectives, timeframe and budget.
During his 25 years in the industry, Martein has led multiple standout urban engineering projects across Melbourne including two 4,000+ lot communities at Atherstone and Harpley for Lendlease and a ‘1 in 1-million-year’ storm protection project for Peet and Melbourne Water. His ability to produce exceptional results under tight deadlines proved invaluable when he successfully delivered almost 1,000 lots in 12 months at Atherstone, the fastest-selling estate in Australia.
Martein joined us in August 2024 to lead our land development department. In addition to managing and mentoring his team, Martein is excited to take an active role in delivering quality greenfield and brownfield projects across Melbourne.
