Neale joined MCG Consult in 2024 inspired by the opportunity to lead our traffic and transport engineering department and contribute to our business growth. Neale is a highly regarded Chartered Engineer who has worked on a full range of property development projects across Australia and the UK including apartment buildings, shopping centres, sports stadiums and office developments.
No matter the size or complexity of the project, Neale is renowned for delivering pragmatic and polished solutions that work. His vast experience along with his in-depth knowledge of approval processes and policy development provides peace of mind for developers and their project teams. Neale also prides himself on being someone you never have to call twice. He quickly and efficiently responds to clients to keep questions answered and projects on track.
Neale is thrilled to be leading a well-respected and fast-growing firm alongside people he knows and admires where he can leverage both his entrepreneurial and technical skills.

Qualifications: Master of Engineering (Civ), Chartered Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer
Expertise: Due diligence; transport planning and engineering; strategy and policy; intersection modelling and preliminary design; car parking assessment, design and management.
